The Private Dining Room located in GTs on the Bay is a semi-private space with a partial water view of Wolf Bay. This venue can accommodate up to 50 guests. GTs on the Bay offers stunning views and bay front dining which delight visitors and locals alike. Our Catering Chefs have developed a diverse and one- of-kind menu which allows guests unique culinary choices with a blend of local favorites. Seated dinner options for this space include special creations such as our Creole Linguini and Chicken Carbonara to our Sweet Tea Brined Pork Chop, not to mention coastal favorites like our Yellowfin Tuna and Steamed Seafood.
